Kuhnke Panel Builder Relays
This is an overview of the Kuhnke range of panel builder relays. These products include the 3 models which plug into sockets, widely used in control panels, in industry and in building services. Please click on the images to view the PDF datasheet.

Overview
Single pole and 2 pole changeover with DC coils. Suffix E indicates sensitive coil. Versions 107G1, 107G2 and 107P1. Up to 16A.
This product was discontinued in 2001, and replaced by the 171 series. The 171 pin outs are identical. Switching characteristics are similar. The 171 has a lower profile.
Single pole and 2 pole changeover version with AC & DC coils. Versions 171G1, 171G2, 171P1, up to 16A.
A PCB relay which plugs into a socket to become a low cost, compact interface relay. Optional modules provide coil LED indication and protection.
3 Standard sockets for 107 and 171 type relays Z315.02, Z318.02 and Z319.02, plus rapid eject clips and coil LED indication and protection modules.
These include safe separation options. The rapid eject clip is different for 107 and 171. The colour of this range changed from brown to black in 2005.
A range of 14 pin, 4 pole changeover relays sometimes know as "Quattro" Many AC and DC coil options. High performance switching range 10mA - 10A. Standard override levers, test buttons and LEDs.
The Kuhnke 114 relay replaces the older Kuhnke 111 relay. Part numbers are similar e.g. 111.A4.24VDC1 becomes 114.A4.24VDC1.
3 types of socket for 114.A4 and 111.A4 relays. Each will accept optional plug in modules for coil LED (if not standard on relay) and protection.
These include safe separation options. When used with 114.A4 relays insulation protection C250 can be achieved. Were once brown, now black.
A range of 8 pin (UF2) 2 pole changeover and 11 pin (UF3) 3 pole changeover older style heavy duty relays. Standard override levers, test buttons and coils LEDs. Pins are round.
Kuhnke UF relays are sometimes known as "Universal". There are special versions for low load switching. Similar to Kuhnke UA and UB relays described in the Kuhnke Industrial relays page on this site, which have flat blade type pins.
